Policies

Attendance Policy

Our employee attendance policy documents the set of rules designed to improve employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, and sets clear and consistent expectations for employees.

Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Policy

Reporting suspected abuse and/or neglect of children, in addition to the requirements pertaining to staff training, record keeping and dissemination of this policy, shall be in accordance with the procedures established and set forth below.

We designed our company confidentiality policy to explain how we expect our employees to treat confidential information.

Computer, Email, and Internet Usage

Employees may not use computers or the e-mail system for commercial messages of any kind or for messages of a religious or political nature, chain letters, solicitations, gambling or other inappropriate usage

Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace

To achieve this goal and to comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, employees are prohibited from possessing, distributing, manufacturing, consuming or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or controlled substances while on premises.

F.M.L.A. Policy

Multiply222 Network cares for its employees and recognizes that occasionally health conditions present that require an extended absence from the job. Multiply222 Network will provide Family and Medical leave to its eligible employees.

Harassment (other than sexual) Policy

In the workplace, when we hear the word “harassment,” many of us think only of harassment based on sex. However, illegal harassment under federal law also occurs based on an employee’s race or color, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or military or veteran status.

Infections Disease Control Policy

Multiply222 Network. will take proactive steps to protect the workplace in the event of an infectious disease outbreak. It is the goal of Multiply222 Network. during any such time period to strive to operate effectively and ensure that all essential services are continuously provided and that employees are safe within the workplace.
